At DOXA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
